Well, see - with aging and wisdom come some other not-so-much-fun things. Lactose intolerance is not my friend but I know it all to well. But soy milk is good! Soy milk IS your friend. I like Pacific soy and the almond soy on fresh fruit is delicious. Yogurt is good for introducing friendly bacilli into the lower chakras and if you don't like it "normally," try making leban (yogurt whipped with a bit of garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper). Laban is a great summer drink and you can even add some chicken broth to it and make soup. But you "should" be able to eat cheese - ?
