Just in case you were wondering -- if you have your arm in a cast, it is really, really not a good idea, upon awakening at 3 a.m., to suddenly start thinking, "I wonder what it would be like if my arm became OMG CLAUSTROPHOBIC?"

Oh, dear. I got cast claustrophobia when I had one on my leg for a badly sprained ankle. I had no solutions, but I have punctuation marks. {{{Kat}}}

Seriously? My sister in law broke her ankle really badly last year, and she said it didn't hurt...it was just that every now and then her leg was claustrophobic, and she started to hyperventilate. So I know where your idea came from....except, yeah, not a good 3am thought.
