As is so often the case, your post is making me very hungry—and I wouldn't have thought that possible today. *g* I just had Swedish potato sausage for the first time recently, and it was *amazing*.

And roast goose!!! I toyed with the idea of making goose for Christmas this year, until I realized I had no idea where to procure one.
