UPS also stole my Hugh Dillon tickets. They went from first try to THIRD try, and then just never came back, and wouldn't re-deliver, and I had to BORROW A CAR and go to GET them from the EVIL UPS place.
...so, you know, both liz and I understand your pain. I do so dearly love that the guy was RUNNING AWAY from you. Like a KID. hee!
