The "Favorite Rays and Frasers" thing has brought me some happy hours of recollection and rereading today. There are at least a dozen mentioned by cesperanza, resonant8, and laurakaye that I'd heartily second, but I also thought of a few personal faves that haven't been mentioned yet:

College-kid/jailbait Fraser from Bone and Mairead's The Course;
Grieving, wounded-to-the-soul Fraser from Speranza's Enduring Distance;
Filthy pissed-off RayK climbing into the shower with RayV in Hth's Desert Rain;
And also haunted-by-the-Bookman Vecchio, from that whole Ray/Ray series;
Shirtless-and-possessive Fraser from Rowan's Delivery;
Totally-losing-his-shit, beating-up-the-suspect RayK of Speranza's Mangy Dog;
Gutsy though terrified RayV from Pares's In Your Corner;
Self-reliant, dealing-with-shit RayK from Miriam Heddy's Shades of Ray;
Tortured-with-loneliness Fraser from A.C.Chapin's Acharnement.

I'm sure as soon as I post I'll think of others. What a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon, though, revisiting these old favorites.
