I feel for you. I'll probably have to have bifocals next year, but I escaped them, narrowly, this year. So I have a sort of complementary problem: My new glasses are small, on the assumption that you don't need sharp peripheral vision, correct? Except that when I sing in choir, my music is now down below the bottoms of the frames. So either I hold the music in front of my face, or I pull the glasses down to the end of my nose like Lily Tomlin in the phone company sketch.
