Kat, I loooooove it. It looks exactly right-sized for you, and I can tell from the pics that the previous owners took good care of the house -- the floors, in particular, look to be in great shape. The bathroom -- WOW. Beautiful. Love the floor, love the vanity. I also love the wall color in the living room, with that recessed TV nook. It looks a lot like my new den color! What is it with kitchens and yellow? At least you've already got the white ceilings and trim! *thumbs-up* And the sliders will let in great light!
