I agree about the yellow paint inside, but on the outside it can be quite cheery in our Pacific Northwet. I painted my house banana-cream pie yellow with brick-red trim, and the neighbors loved it (and so do I) because it brightened up the street on overcast days. Just a thought. I hope you have tons'o'fun redecorating and gardening! Yay!
