Stuff accomplished today:

--House cleaned.
--Christmas tree bought, hauled home, and stuck in stand.
--Refrigerator cleaned out.
--Massive grocery-buying done.
--New flashfiction story mostly done.
--Christmas together-getting plans with family tacked down.

Whew.

Thankfully, by dint of heroic backing-away-from-the-goddamned-keyboard, I managed not to afflict all you good people with my incredibly foul mood of midweek. And I am slowly creeping out of my Cave of Surly Snarliness. With luck, by the time P. arrives here this evening, I shall be eligible once again for full membership in the human race, and we can cheerfully drink beer and eat chicken enchiladas with salsa verde and watch PotC.

(The new flashfiction story rather sucks, by the way, but fucking Ray Vecchio is apparently unwilling to fucking leave my head the fuck alone. Garrrghh. Dude, I mean it, chill, or I am so sending you back to Vegas. And quit smiling at me, dammit.)
