It hasn't even started flurrying here, a few miles to the north of you. Not a single flake. Hmmm, you know, that fits the kerfuffle analogy; usually they happen while I'm at work and I pretty much miss them and have to dig my way through them.
And you keep telling yourself if you can actually keep your house cleaned up for a whole week, getting some progress on that fucking story ought to be *cake.* Because I've managed to keep my house cleaned up for whole months now, and haven't written a word since before xmas. It might work for you, though!
