I blame [livejournal.com profile] pandarus, who passed along from [livejournal.com profile] lizbee the

Except these aren't really summaries so much as ... oh hell, who knows. I don't read enough on ff.net to really know how to do a snappy summary. They were fun to write, anyway.
_____

Executor: Fraser's dead! Ray's dead! They're both dead! And Welsh is really bummed about it, plus he got stuck with all the paperwork.

September Song: It's the end of the world as we know it, and Methos feels fine! Except it isn't really, and he doesn't really, or maybe he does. Who knows.

Roots Rain: The bad guy got off, and the system sucks, and Fraser's really sad about it, plus he thinks Ray doesn't like him that way. He walks around a bunch and remembers a sad poem. Life sucks!

The Parting Glass: Duncan, Methos, and Joe drink a whole bunch. Boy, do they get drunk. And the world's going to hell, like always. Plus, Methos, still cute and all, but not such a nice guy.

Xeriscape: John's still wacko, except not so much as before, and Billy still says "fuck" a lot, except now he's got a ton of money and a really cool house, unlike John, who's got this dumpy little house, plus he married kind of a weird chick (who is not a Mary Sue cuz she's not good-looking, OK?) And Joe's still dead.

Last Set Before Closing: OK, so Joe's old to begin with, right? Except now he's really really old, and also kind of gross. Which bums Duncan out. Plus, Methos? Not being any help at all.

The End of the Road: Boy, are these guys fucked up. Like, they almost get killed, except then they don't, so they move in together and it's all, like, happy ending, except it isn't, and they have all these dumb fights, and finally Ray hauls ass out of there. And Dief doesn't get any good lines.

Strangely enough, I want to re-read all your stories again. Whereas I have NEVER wanted to read a story after reading the ff.net summary.

This could become my new profession! Well, at least a hobby. :) It reminds me of the electronic TV Guide blurb for _A Place in the Sun_: "Montgomery Clift woos Elizabeth Taylor and takes Shelley Winters out boating."

That's great. "plus he got stuck with all the paperwork." Poor Welsh!
