I just have to say that getting to do this "Ask the Character!" thing is the most fun I've had in, like, *forever*. It's like an all-day-long birthday present, and I'm so hugely grateful to all you lovely people who are playing along with me!

And thanks also to everyone who's sent along birthday greetings--it's been a really wonderful day, and I am once again boggled at my good fortune in knowing you all.

Actually it kind of feels like you're giving all of us a big present for your birthday. It's been fascinating and a whole lot of fun to read what the characters have to say. Gotta love that Welsh; I think that one is my favorite so far.
