Shaking, chain-smoking, chewing nails, emitting random shrieks of "EEEEeeee!"

I got an interview. For The Dream Job. OH my god.

And from our preliminary conversation, it sounds like they're wanting to move things fast. Which, *if* this were to pan out--not counting premature chickens, but *if* it did--well, then, I'd be having to move fast, I guess. EEEEeeeeee!

Anna, Merry, Lynn -- I'm going to be in Seattle next Sunday-Monday (2/2-3). E-mail me, OK? Maybe we can get together. (And, uh, if anyone has floor space where I could crash Sunday night, that would be cool. <g>)

And did I say EEEEEEeeee!!!!? <lighting up another cig, pouring a slug of brandy with shaking hands>

Mucho gratitude, Beth, and I'll need all the good wishes I can get! Although dammit, one thing I'd wanted to do before vacating God's Own Wide-Open Spaces was to get a chance to meet you. Grr.
